Group Guided Meditation
In-person in Raglan and online guided meditation

These are group meditation sessions, the meditation will be guided by me for approximately 5 minutes and then we will then sit in stillness together for approximately 15 minutes. At the end of the session there will be time to have a chat about your experience and your own practice, if you have one. These guided sessions are for beginners and also people that already have a practice and would like to meet and meditate with likeminded people. I find that group meditation sessions are a really lovely way of connecting with other meditators and an opportunity to develop a sense of community.
