I am excited to offer the 3-part foundational course in Awareness Insight Meditation at Sun Salute Yoga Studio.
Awareness Insight Meditation (AIM) is an open monitoring style of meditation. It focuses on presence, observation, and compassion toward all aspects of experience.
This 3-part course is designed to give you a solid foundation in meditation, whether you're just beginning or looking to deepen your existing practice.
In this course, you will:
Explore the principles of awareness-based meditation
Learn the physiology and neuroscience behind meditation.
Identify limiting beliefs and myths that may be holding you back
Develop tools to create a consistent, self-sufficient daily practice.
Includes ongoing support + monthly guided group meditations after the course is complete.
